Guest guest Posted July 31, 2006 Report Share Posted July 31, 2006 I did forget to say to be sure and rinse the Quinoa before boiling. I use a small mesh strainer and really give it a careful rinsing so as to get rid of that slight bitterness. I store left-overs in a covered glass jar and use it on salads, added to soup before serving and as a breakfast meal.
