Thanks Marilyn!

Can you tell me- does the pot sit on the shelf with the bread or on the

shelf below it??

I have read about spraying water on your loaf of bread to make it crusty

during baking- but am leery of that as i wouldn't want to have anything

crack or be affected by water being sprayed..... if you know what I

mean.....so I like the sound of this MUCH better.

I set the container of water below the bread and it works fine. I don't

think I would spray water into a hot oven, but it would probably work. It

is the moisture of the water/steam that gives the harder crust.
