Guest guest
Jeanne: I love making bread by hand. I don't have a bread machine or even a mixer, to me kneading the dough is soooo therapeutic. I would love to see your posting on bread making 101. Last year I taught my daughter to make bread. I have 1 recipe that I use and we play around with it and do different things to it. She brought some to school for a class and her friends didn't thought it was great and couldn't believe she made it herself. One of these days we will have to try some new recipes. Guest guest
For me baking bread in the winter on a cold snowy day would be much better than now (so how to in the recipe files would be great)...I am not going to bake anything in this heat. Thank goodness for the mini grill...hehe. M.A. glpveg4life wrote: Jeanne: I love making bread by hand. I don't have a bread machine or even a mixer, to me kneading the dough is soooo therapeutic. Guest guest
This is why I use the bread maker in the summer and the nice, hot oven in the winter. Spring and Fall depend on the temperatures!! Where there is a will, there is a way, and nothing beats home-made bread!!
