[recipe] Raindrop Raspberry Tea

This makes the most delightful iced tea bevvie

to enjoy sipping on a hot summer day when

you just wish it would rain and cool off already. :)

 

Raindrop Raspberry Tea

 

4 cups water

6 individual tea bags

3/4 cup sugar

4 cups cold water

1 cup raspberry juice blend concentrate

 

In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil.

Remove from the heat; add tea bags.

Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags.

Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add cold water and

juice concentrate; mix well. Serve over ice.

Yield: about 2 quarts.
