Sugar question Muscovado???

I've never heard of this sugar. I've been using raw organic and I

try to make cookies with molasses more often. I use honey also.

I use maple syrup in as many things as possible, my green iced tea especially,

but it is so expensive. I use the raw sugar in everything that I can't use the

maple syrup in.

Even the rest of the family doesn't mind the raw sugar, except for my daughter

when it comes to strawberries. Somebody got her used to eating them dipped in

powdered sugar, now that is the only way she will eat them. I tried the raw

powdered sugar, and I liked it, but it didn't fly by her. :o(
