Bi-Polar and Anemia- Chanda cast iron pans

You would be shocked at the great cast iron pans I

have found over the years at the thridt shops. I

found a great one 2 weeks ago for $1.00 it's small and

cooks up one veg. patty. I love it!

A few years back, I picked up a cast-iron grill that goes over two burners

on the stove. Flat on one side and " rippled " on the other, for $2.00 at a

yard sale, and I didn't have to clean it up much!!
