You have made a good start on changing your eating habits and will be amazed at how good you will soon feel both emotionally and physically. So many wonderful healing foods and you will be surprised to see how inexpensive it is to learn to eat food that will heal your body and spirit. You are about to start a fun and exciting adventure.
