-Donna,

Welcome to the group..You will like it here. Lots of wonderful tasty

recipes and loving advise. You have made a good start on changing

your eating habits and will be amazed at how good you will soon feel

both emotionally and physically.

So many wonderful healing foods and you will be surprised to see how

inexpensive it is to learn to eat food that will heal your body and

spirit. You are about to start a fun and exciting adventure. I wish I

could prepare a delicious meal for you. But this will have to do..At

this moment I am sending healing thoughts your way.

Sending smiles and hugs

Deanna
