Guest guest
Those would both work well. Mmmmm I am already craving dessert. *lol* My mother always made this wonderful frozen raspberry-yogurt pie. She would fold fresh or frozen/but thawed raspberries into a container of yogurt and whipped topping. Then spread into a graham cracker crust to freeze. That was it! Vegans could use soy yogurt as long as they could fine a whipped topping that was also vegan. Or they could make tofu-whipped topping and use that. Very versatile since you can use any berry or fruit combo you were craving. I loved her yogurt pie since it was so light textured and not too sweet. ~ PT ~ After I told my 6-year-old son that he could have a vitamin, he began struggling to open the child-proof bottle. I said, " I'll open it for you, it's kid-proof. " He replied, " How do they know I'm a kid? " ~~~*~~~*~~~> , " wwjd " <jtwigg wrote: > > This sounds very good. A friend makes something similiar with frozen lemonade, cream cheese and cool whip. Another told me they just folded frozen lemonade into coolwhip, poured it in their homemade graham cracker crust and froze it. They were Vegan. Maybe that would appeal to you Donna. > Judy
