Guest guest Posted July 24, 2006 Report Share Posted July 24, 2006 Tequila Tempeh 8 oz. tempeh 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup tequila 1/4 cup rice vinegar 2T lime or lemon juice 1 Tbl ground red chilies (I use a tsp.) 1/2 tsp salt 2 cloves garlic minced Cut tempeh into thin cubes and marinate in above marinade for at least 2 hours(longer imparts more flavor) Skewer and grill with veggies over hot grill or saute lightly in oil until golden brown. I like the faux chick salad recipe in the files.
