Guest guest
Would some members post their receipes for making vegetarian bread? This is how I presently make my bread, using Panasonic bread machine: Pour the specified amount of warm water into the bread 'jar', add 1/3 whole wheat flour, 1/3 oatmeal, and 1/3 wheat germs; then add half cup of blue berries/apricots/raisins/cranberries etc and 1/4th of the specified amount of yeast and set the timer for six hours. I do not use any sugar, butter, salt, eggs or powdered milk (being fifty plus and scared of diabetes and cholesterol!)
Guest guest
What did you mean by 1/4 of specified amount of yeast? How much would you add for this recipe? Love bread recipes. Thanks for posting it. Judy - a_paragonxx Monday, July 24, 2006 7:00 AM Vegetarian Bread Would some members post their receipes for making vegetarian bread?
