Here's a marinara sauce I use.

Marinara Sauce

1 #10 can tomatos

1 6 oz. can tomato paste

2-3 large onions, diced

20 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups carrots, grated

1 cups celery, thinly sliced with leaves

1 cup sliced dry shittake mushrooms

1/2-1 cup EV olive oil

3-4 bay leaves

3 heaping Tbsp. Italian herbs

1 tsp. ground fennel

1 tsp. black pepper

1 Tbsp. honey

Put all ingredients in large stainless pot and simmer for a few

hours. Put this on top of spagetti or pizza or your favorite pasta,

etc. Top with Parmesian cheese.

anyone who is willing to give up theirs I would love to have it and

does anyone have a sauce recipe they are willing to part with also?

I will try the one first like you said and see how it goes and let

everyone know.
