Lettuce Wraps

Just to say " hi " and hope all of you are having a peaceful, rewarding

day.

For Brunch today I had lettuce wraps..Beautiful Romaine with a dollop

of Vegenaise and a piece of Soy cheese rolled up.

The Avocados were still too expensive so will wait until another day

for that soup.

If you haven't tried rice pasta it's really nice. Cooks quickly and

has a good flavor.

Watch for organic melons in the stores. I just bought one at my local

market and it was very good.
