Guest guest Posted July 23, 2006 Report Share Posted July 23, 2006 Hot and Colorful Salsa 4 large tomatoes,chopped 1 large onion,chopped 1 large green pepper,cjopped 1 large red or yellow pepper,chopped 4 large diced garlic cloves 2 diced jalapenos 1 tbs. olive oil 1/2 regular size can corn 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper diced cilantro to taste diced black olives juice from 2 limes Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips or meals.
