Guest guest Posted July 23, 2006 Report Share Posted July 23, 2006 Tarragon Carrots 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced 2 onions, thinly sliced 1 tsp. tarragon 2 tbsps. water salt and pepper to taste 2 tsps. butter Lightly oil large sheet of foil. Place carrots and onions; sprinkle with tarragon, water, salt and pepper to taste. Wrap tightly. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until tender. Stir in butter. Serves 4.
