Guest guest
I really gotta try this. I have to wait to go to a big grocery store for the beans. Thanks so much for telling me this. I put them in a pot and heat them up. I serve with butter and sugar, in a bowl. This will stay with you for many hours and has often been used by cross-country skiers because of its staying effect. You could get the dry beans, soak and cook like you would a pinto and add the corn, but that is too much work for me as I am a single person. Marilyn Daub mcdaub Vanceburg, KY My Cats Knead Me!! Guest guest
You are welcome. I can just sit down with a big bowl of them and pig out, and skip the next meal because I am still full. It is a much different taste than the succotash with the lima beans in it.
