Guest guest
Does anyone have any great brunch recipes? We attend church on Sunday mornings and I would love something quick to munch on before church and then something made the night before to pop in the oven once we get back from church....in fact I can set a timer so it's all cooked. We like everything so sky is the limit! Thanks
Guest guest
I have 2 easy recipes for you. I always keep frozen waffles on hand, so just pop 2 in the toaster oven, and spread on top of one a mixture of cream cheese and strawberry jam and fig preserves, then top with another waffle, and you have a great sandwich. An easy make ahead is a french toast casserole. Cube some french bread or challah. Mis together eggs and milk and pour over the bread in a greased casserole pan. Pour syrup over the top, and store overnight in the fridge. You can add sliced bananas or other fruit to the mix, and top with cinnamon sugar instead of or in addition to the syrup. You can do the same thing, but add veggies and cheese instead of the sweet. --- knufeesgirl <knufeesgirl wrote: > Does anyone have any great brunch recipes?
