Guest guest Posted July 21, 2006 Report Share Posted July 21, 2006 Bahamas Pineapple Slaw 2 red or green apples 2 tbsps. green peppers, chopped 1 small white cabbage, shredded 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 2 tbsps. vinegar 4 tbsps. carrot, grated 6 slices fresh pineapple Core and chop unpeeled apples. Mix with green pepper and cabbage. Mix salt, sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cabbage mixture, sprinkle with carrot and top with pineapple. Serve immediately.
