Mary Anne, Celtic sea salt is not the same as sea salt. Here's a link for you.

I only use Flower of the Ocean. Believe me there is a reason for the price

difference, once you use it you will not want to change back. I'm like Jeanne,

I can tell the difference, even with vanilla or freshly ground cardamom compared

to already ground cardamom. Christie spoke of smoked paprika and I had to find

it to try. I can't believe what a difference it has in taste. MAtter of fact I

made a macaroni salad for work today and added smoked paprika, it's delish!

Guru & Jeanne, I do bake with it since it's the only salt I use. Baking

doesn't require a large amount. I use 1/2 the amount of salt when baking. I

use salt as finishing to a recipe. I salt my beans, lentils, soups at the end

of cooking. I mix my mac and potato salads and just at the end I add the salt

and chill.

Hope this helped some.

" Hey baby, there aint no easy way out

Hey I will stand my ground

And I wont back down.

Well I know whats right, I got just one life

In a world that keeps on pushin me around

But Ill stand my ground and I wont back down. "
