Guest guest Posted July 21, 2006 Report Share Posted July 21, 2006 SWEET JAMAICAN RICE 2 cups rice -- hot, cooked 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges -- drained and chopped 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple -- drained 1/2 cup red bell pepper -- chopped 1/2 cup slivered almonds -- toasted 1/3 cup green onions -- sliced 1/4 cup flaked coconut -- toated 2 tablespoons hot mago chutney 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger Combine all ingredients in a large skillet; cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
