I use it in cookies but not sure you are to eat those right now. I will eat it right off the spoon and I've never heard of it in a stir fry before. Now you can do this also. Make some couscous and stir some molasses into it and add a few chopped walnuts and some raisins or dates. It really is good. Hope I'lve helped you some.
