Guest guest
Hi There I'm new to the group and I'm sorry for bothering you. I was wondering if you would share just what Broccoli Potato Mash is and how you make it. Thanks Maddie MaryAnne Crites <suzyq_26201 wrote: Our Walmart sells reverse osmosis water for 33 cents a gallon versus the price of spring water at 68 cents. Don't know if it is good or not, but it beats drinking city water with added chemicals. Mary Anne genny_y2k <genny_y2k wrote: Anni in Austria, So nice to see you in the group. I have to admit today I am cooking on top of the stove. It is still early in the AM , but I cannot wait another day for my favorite broccoli-potato mash and oatmeal- wheatgerm patties. I will make enough to last for several days. Just a reminder to all. Always check out those free samples at your local health food market. Today I got a packet of vitamins, tea, and a pkg. of galic tabs all for free. My store also has oxygenated and ozone water purified for 25 cents a gallon. I save glass gallon jugs that juice came in and fill them each time I go to the market. Save lots of money buy filling your own little carry with you bottle. Sending smiles and hugs your way Deanna , " a.bu " <the_saga_of_writing wrote: > > deanna, > > > We all > > survived jillions of years without cars and air conditioning so > > hopefully we can do our small part in the Global Warming crisis.- > > yes, i agree sooo much to this! and, global warming effects mostly the > countries who are not causing it - in south americas, asia, africa. we > in the " north " (usa, europe) are the ones guilty for it mostly. > > sad, eh? > > there are sooo many normal methods of keeping cool... eating the > " cooling foods " , having two windows open, wearing cotton, ....! > > > > anni from vienna/austria > Mary Anne Groups are talking.
