yes, i agree sooo much to this! and, global warming effects mostly the

countries who are not causing it - in south americas, asia, africa. we

in the " north " (usa, europe) are the ones guilty for it mostly.

 

sad, eh?

 

there are sooo many normal methods of keeping cool... eating the

" cooling foods " , having two windows open, wearing cotton, ....!

So nice to see you in the group. I have to admit today I am cooking

on top of the stove. It is still early in the AM , but I cannot wait

another day for my favorite broccoli-potato mash and oatmeal-

wheatgerm patties. I will make enough to last for several days. Just

a reminder to all. Always check out those free samples at your local

health food market. Today I got a packet of vitamins, tea, and a pkg.

of galic tabs all for free. My store also has oxygenated and ozone

water purified for 25 cents a gallon. I save glass gallon jugs that

juice came in and fill them each time I go to the market. Save lots

of money buy filling your own little carry with you bottle.
