I cut up a goodly amount of spanish onion coarsely with some garlic, sauteed very slowly in olive oil until they started to caramelize...then I added beet greens and red chard.....put a lid on to slightly steam...when they started to break down then I sprayed them with Braggs Aminos and red chile flakes.
