Guest guest Posted July 19, 2006 Report Share Posted July 19, 2006 Since I have learned that on the bottom of my feet, just before the ball of the foot and in the palm of my hand near my thumb, have several pressure points with a lot of nerves, I massage them daily with lotion. It has greatly reduced my body aches. I understand there are many nerves in those 2 spots that when tense cause us pains in other areas of our bodies. I am a believer now that I have been doing this for quite some time now and feel so much better.
