Guest guest Posted July 19, 2006 Report Share Posted July 19, 2006 Carrots and Zucchini with Curry 4 tablespoons butter 4 carrots, peeled, cut into thin, matchlike sticks 1 onion, peeled and chopped 3 zucchini, peeled, cut into thin, matchlike sticks 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon ground curry Melt butter over medium-low heat in a medium skillet; add onion and carrots; sauté until soft (about 5 minutes). Add zucchini; sauté for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Remove from heat. Serve hot or warm. serves 4. See the all-new, redesigned .com. Check it out.
