CousCoud Bean Loaf review

I made this last night, I have many cans of various beans and a few

pounds of couscous to use up. Very good too! I let it cool and used

inside a lettuce wrap with Vegannaisse (how do you spell it?)

I ended up using pinto beans in mine. I have sliced and put the

balance in the freezer.
