Guest guest
Well, we are doing our best! it's been up near 106º here in Sacramento, and our A/C decided to break.... so... no A/C! I figure that I am doing my part to conserve electricity. ) And I tell ya, the ole BF is taking his time to get it fixed.... cuz HE'S at work sitting in air conditioning! So, I am thinking a week to a week and a half of no A/C.... that should help some! xoxoRobyn We are in a war. We have no energy plan for global warming. People can't afford to take medicines to stay alive And the government feels that Gays getting married is the most important thing to worry about? Guest guest
I try to conserve in so many other ways but I will not give up my A/C (I take public transportation everyday, I swear). I don't really like A/C but in Hotlanta in a fourth floor apartment it is a necessity. Our apartment is kinda weird though. The summer temp w/o A/C hovers at about 85 on our thermostat. I set the A/C at 80-81 and for some reason that is really comfortable and cool and the A/C doesn't run all of the time. But I know that if I was at my old apartment 80 would be sweltering. I just can't explain it. Stay Cool, Whitney
