Guest guest Posted July 18, 2006 Report Share Posted July 18, 2006 Refrigerate this soup until thoroughly chilled Vegetarian/Vegan friendly Avocado Soup 3 ripe avocados , peeled and cut into cubes 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 cups veggie broth 1/2-1 cup soy milk (for prefered thickness) chives chopped for garnish salt and pepper to taste process all ingredients in blender reserving chives for garnish Cover , refrigerate until chilled Serve cold with chives or chopped nuts as a garnish Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
