Guest guest Posted July 5, 2006 Report Share Posted July 5, 2006 I've been hearing a lot from people about how good raw jicama is, so I bought one the other day, peeled and sliced it and, um, I was not impressed. It tasted fermented, kind of like juice that has begun to go bad. Did I just get a bad one or is this the normal flavor?
