Guest guest Posted July 16, 2006 Report Share Posted July 16, 2006 Tomato Chayote Relish 1 chayote squash 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped fine 1/4 cup red onion, chopped fine 2 tsps. dill, chopped 3/4 tsp. salt freshly ground black pepper to taste Simmer chayote in a pot of water until tender, 35 to 45 minutes.
