I make the fake egg sandwichs during the week sometimes. Did you make any of the loafs from the files, those are my favorite recipes but right now the house gets to hot so I make the patty recipes. It is very warm today and going to be warmer through at least Wednesday. Crazy to be veg for a couple of decades and it takes this group to get me to where I could eat tofu, lol!!! What is next, the Tofuti ice cream?
