2 1/2 C all purpose flour

2 Tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 T butter or margine, softened.

1 beaten egg

1 T milk

2/3 C lukewarm water

1 tsp active dry yeast

1/3 C melted butter

 

Place ingredients, except melted butter, in inner bread machine pot n order

listed. Let stand 5 minutes. Use dough setting. remove dough from inner pot

and place n greased bowl, turning to coat evenly. Cover and let rest in warm,

draft free place 20-30 minutes.

 

Punch down dough and form into 30 balls. Dip each in butter. Arrange layers

in 10 " tube pan. Let rise 30-40 minutes or until douobled. Bake in preheated

pan on 350 for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack 5 minutes, then invert on serving

plate. Drizzle with additional butter if desired.

 

OR:from Cooking Light

 

2 loaves frozen bread dough

Bring the following to a boil: then remove from heat for 10 mintues

1 C sugar

1/4 C brown sugar

1/4 C milk

1 Tsp margarine.

 

cut each loaf in to 12 pieces. Roll in mix of sugar + 1/2 tsp cinamon. Layer

pieces in grased Bundt pan. Pour sugar syrup over dough. cover and let rise

35 minutes. Bake at 35 degrees for 25 minutes. Put cookie sheet under the

Bundt pan to catch drips.

 

You'd have to check the ingredients to see how vegetarian the store bought

dough is. Or, you could make your own.
