Guest guest Posted July 13, 2006 Report Share Posted July 13, 2006 8 C corn (about 14 uncooked ears) 4 C chopped celery 1 C chopped onion 2 C chopped green pepper 2 C red sweet pepper 2 T salt if desired 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp. celery seed 3 C sugar or to taste 3 C cider vinegar 1 C water 2 T dry mustard 3 T flour or to thicken 1 tsp tumeric.
