What a tasty dinner. I had a mess of zucchini to use up and just got

a pretty red cabbage yesterday too so we had Jeanne's Imitation Crab

Cakes with Zucchini and Paula's Creamy Lemon Coleslaw (made miine w/

red cabbage - green is probably prettier with the capers). And fruit

for dessert. Oooo too full

Thanks for the great recipes. Hubby liked them too and ate 2 cakes!
