Essential Oil Blends Christie

Hi Christie that link didn't open for me. I would love to read it.

I have a bottle of the oil also and it's very expensive. I see plenty of it

for sale and haven't read anything about it being endangered but I shall look

for information on it.

Those formilas can be changed and you can sub one scent for another. If I see

sandalwood I usually sub with patchouli. I love the scen of tea tree oil if you

can believe that one......LOl

These sound great mixes, Donna and I bet they smell wonderful. The

only difficulty is that it is now almost impossible to buy

sandalwood here as it is an endangered species, like rosewood. Even

cedarwood is becoming endangered. Here is a link which explains

I love sandalwood and have been hoarding the last bottle I bought

(over a year ago) because I don't want to have to imagine a world

where that scent no longer exists :-(

 

There are some companies that still offer sandalwood oil for sale

which they reckon is grown in a conservation manner but what I have

read on the subject throws a question mark on whether one can

believe that even these have been ethically grown and harvested.
