Guest guest Posted July 12, 2006 Report Share Posted July 12, 2006 Stewed Lentils 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 carrots, chopped 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 1 cup lentils 1 cup vegetable broth 1 cup crushed tomatoes In a large pot, sauté the vegetables in hot oil.
