Guest guest Posted July 11, 2006 Report Share Posted July 11, 2006 It was good riding. Got around 900 miles road and then went to New Hampshire Moutain biking and hiking. Climbed Mount Washington on saturday to watch the race up the auto road.As far as eating stopped at alot of farm stands for fresh foods, so I ate well. As for supper last night after a day back at work I had steamed spinach with a heaping spoonful of cottage cheese. As far as pictures got a good selection of them.
