Guest guest Posted July 10, 2006 Report Share Posted July 10, 2006 Tonight I had hummus on whole wheat bread, fresh blueberries, raw carrots dipped in Vegenaise, raisins, and juice. For a snack later maybe fresh cantalope. I am reminded that I am blessed to have such healthy food and mindful that there are others in our world who will go hungry tonight.
