Guest guest Posted July 10, 2006 Report Share Posted July 10, 2006 Easy No-Cook Tomato Sauce 1 lb. 3 to 4 medium fresh tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1 tbsp. olive oil 3/4 tsp. each salt and sugar 1/2 tsp. ground pepper 1 1/2 to 2 tsps. balsamic vinegar In a food processor or blender, combine and process all ingredients to make a rough-textured sauce. Guest guest Posted July 10, 2006 Report Share Posted July 10, 2006 Being lazy <smile>, I make my sauce with fresh tomatoes with a little chopped pear which weakens the acidic taste.
