Guest guest Posted July 9, 2006 Report Share Posted July 9, 2006 Strawberry Salsa 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced 4 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 lime, juiced 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon olive oil Chopped cilantro In a large bowl, combine strawberries, tomatoes, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice and oil. Toss all together to mix and coat. Cover dish and refrigerate for 2 hours to chill. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over top.
