Yes, the jalapeno Tabasco is better tasting to me also, I don't eat much in

the way of heat but now and then I use this one.

Can't wait to see your recipe, sounds great.

Have you tried Jalapeno Tabasco? I made a great Pinto Bean dip and

used this green pepper sauce for flavoring and it is really good.

Milder than regular Tabasco and very tasty.
