I dropped the cardamom pods in the mailbox, the mail carrier will freak, they smelled in the car by the time I reached the mailbox. Can you imagine how that box will smell by 3pm in the hot California sunshine.....hahahaha They will probably stick the dogs on that envelope and the dogs will run. Today I am experimenting with a hot/cold fruit pudding made with tapioca. Takes hours for the pearl tapioca to be ready so I am just in the 'thinking process' right now while it is soaking. Have you tried Jalapeno Tabasco? I made a great Pinto Bean dip and used this green pepper sauce for flavoring and it is really good. Milder than regular Tabasco and very tasty.
