Guest guest
This is an old recipe I got off some Hawaiian Vegetarian recipe cards a friend gave to me as a gift when I was living over there. The measurements are not exact, because it all depends on how many you are making and how hungry you are. You can pile on as many mushrooms and onions as you like. This is very fast, delicious and easy. Perfect summer food after a day of being outdoors. Enjoy! Mushroom Fajitas Flour tortillas Fresh mushrooms, sliced Your favorite salsa Your favorite cheese or mozzarella Onions, diced Lettuce, sliced Carrots, shredded Place mushrooms on 1/2 of tortilla; sprinkle some onions. Pour some salsa over. Place cheese on top. Bake in a toaster oven until cheese melts. Remove and put lettuce and carrots, fold over the other side of the tortilla and eat. source: hawaiian recipe cards ~ PT ~ Riches are not from abundance of worldly goods, but from a contented mind. ~ Mohammed
