Do you plan meals ahead using your weekend buys, do you forget them too and have to toss them out? Just last night I saw there are a bunch of scallions, zucchini, bell peppers and romaine lettuce I forgot to use so I have to use those up tonight. Chico Get on board. I try to go through the refrigerator on Wed & Thr and clean up what's left in the crisper. I make a soup, roasted vegs or something to use them up depending what's in there.
