I cook most of the meals at home but I always tend to forget what's in the

vegetable crisper. Do any of you have any tips? Do you plan meals ahead using

your weekend buys, do you forget them too and have to toss them out?

Just last night I saw there are a bunch of scallions, zucchini, bell peppers

and romaine lettuce I forgot to use so I have to use those up tonight.

I find that I do the same thing and who wants to cook on a Friday

night.

I try to go through the refrigerator on Wed & Thr and clean up what's

left in the crisper. I make a soup, roasted vegs or something to use

them up depending what's in there.

Sometimes it's fruit so I make a quick fruit salad.
