Guest guest Posted July 7, 2006 Report Share Posted July 7, 2006 Gingery Miso Tahini Spread 2 tbsps. red miso 3 tbsps. toasted sesame tahini or soy nut butter 1 tbsp. water or stock squirt of fresh lemon juice optional 1/4 tsp. ground ginger or 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger juice from grated ginger root 1 clove garlic, pressed 1 tbsp. slivered scallion greens or chives In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Spread on artisan bread, such as sweet potato bread, and serve with soup. Keeps, covered, in the refrigerator 1 to 2 weeks. Makes 6 servings.
