Guest guest
Hi Deanna, You can take a jar and place gaur with a few cardamom pods. What I do it lightly crush the cardamom pods so the flavor will expel into the sugar. I leave it for a few days and shake the jar often. The cardamom flavored sugar is good in coffee or tea. Do you have any cardamom pods? I will mail you a few if you like, let me know. This year I have a new Tarragon plant and I will try it. Of couse spices work great such as cinnamon and nutmeg. Ginger is works too.I buy an orgnic " pumpkin pie spice mix " That also works great. Donna have you ever tried this with Cardamon? I know how much you love this spice. Just wondering how it would taste mixed with sugar for tea.
