Fresh Basil,Rosemary, mints, and Lemon Sage are some of my favorite

herbs. I crush a couple teaspons and add to sugar which later is

added to tea. This year I have a new Tarragon plant and I will try

it. Of couse spices work great such as cinnamon and nutmeg. Ginger is

works too.I buy an orgnic " pumpkin pie spice mix " That also works

great. Donna have you ever tried this with Cardamon? I know how much

you love this spice. Just wondering how it would taste mixed with

sugar for tea.

Smiles and hugs
