Guest guest Posted July 6, 2006 Report Share Posted July 6, 2006 Anyone know how to make (or what to call) those fried sweet potato " puff " type things that you often find at a Chinese food buffett? My kids love them and I'd love to make them at home! I've seen recipes for some sweet potato puffs that are rolled/sprinkled w/ pecans - but that's not quite what I'm looking for. Also - anyone have a recipe for a simple batter to dip veggies in (like squash and zuchinni) to fry them? Any suggestions are appreciated!
