Guest guest Posted July 6, 2006 Report Share Posted July 6, 2006 Sweet Pineapple Cranberry Relish 12 ozs. fresh cranberries 1 can pineapple chunks, in juice 2 apples, peeled, cored, diced 1/3 cup pecan hlaves 2 tbsps. agar flakes 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon In a blender or food processor, coarsely chop the cranberries and transfer to a serving bowl. Drain the pineapple, reserving the liquid in a pot. Chop the chunks along with the apples & pecans, in the processor. Add to the cranberries. Combine agar with the reserved juice & bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Cook until the flakes are dissolved, 5 minutes. Pour juice into the bowl of fruit and mix thoroughly.
